The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through this site.

Privacy Policy
SHOE FETAGE’ Boutique use of personal information that you may submit to Shoe Fetage’ Boutique through this website is governed by the Shoe Fetage’ Privacy Policy.

Shipping and Delivery
Most orders ship the same business day if the order is placed before 2pm CST. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. At this time, Shoe Fetage’ only ships within the United States. A signature is REQUIRED at the time of delivery for all packages. You can choose to waive signature, however you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. A refund will not be issued. Please note in the comment section if you choose to waive signature confirmation.

We charge a flat $6.00 to ship MOST orders via USPS. Occasionally, if the order is large, we may require additional funds and will email you before processing your order.  Also if you would like your order shipped UPS instead, please note that on your order and we will invoice you for the additional postage.

SALES TAX
Shoe Fetage’ Boutique charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on Texas tax rate of 8.25%.

RETURN POLICY
We are pleased to accept returns or exchanges of unworn/unaltered merchandise and shoes, in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

In store purchases, you have 7 days from date of purchase with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt to return or exchanged for STORE CREDIT. For web orders, you have 10 days from the date of purchase with tags attached and accompanied with the original receipt to return or exchange for STORE CREDIT. Unworn shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If any returned merchandise that has been tried on and makeup is on any of the garments, you WILL NOT be given a store credit, the item(s) will be sent back to you. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). The buyer is also responsible for ALL shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Sending your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. We do recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label.

USPS Priority Mail which is a 2-3 day delivery time frame is offered for your shipping needs with cost starting at $5.00. Cost can increase due to the size box(s) that’s being shipped. Customers can also request to have their product shipped using any other shipping carriers such as UPS or FED EX, however cost will not be as economical.

Occasionally, we will offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with NO exchange or return policy. We do not make exceptions to this policy.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Any special orders will require a 50% non refundable deposit. Final payment must be paid in full prior to shipping.
